Built on Experience. Driven by Integrity.
Founder Bryan Morland grew up in the marine construction trade — not as a bystander, but as part of a family where building on the water was a way of life. From a young age, he was on job sites with his stepfather, a respected marine contractor, learning the craft through real work, not theory.
Operating equipment, setting pilings, and seeing firsthand how tides, storms, and soil conditions affect every structure gave Bryan a foundation few can match. Those early years weren’t just about learning how to build — they were about learning the responsibility of building right.
Marine construction runs deep in Bryan’s family. His stepfather passed down hard‑earned lessons and a deep respect for doing things the right way. Integrity, pride, and honesty became just as important as technical skill — values that continue to guide Ironclad today.
Over the years, Bryan absorbed lessons from some of the best in the business. He learned not only how to build, but how to build structures that last. That generational knowledge, combined with decades of hands‑on work, gives Ironclad a perspective and level of craftsmanship few others can offer.
At Ironclad Marine Construction, we know what works, what doesn’t, and how to deliver solutions that stand the test of time. From docks and boat lifts to seawalls and riprap, every project is built with the same commitment:
Built to last. Built Ironclad.
